The UL Sport Arena is a fully accessible world-class facility, the management and staff at the facility are dedicated and highly supportive towards the inclusive use of the facilities for all persons regardless of their abilities and physical activity needs.

The Health & Performace Centre where we are equipped with over 50 pieces of cardio equipment, extensive free weights area, over 20 weights machines some of which are dual use for wheelchair users.

We also have a motomed machine which can be used for: Ms Sufferers, In case of paralysis with and without spasm, In case of paraplegia and quadriplegic, after stroke and cardiovascular trouble, For young people with neurological syndrome For elderly people and in case of degenerative diseases.

It is a superb, versatile piece of equipment, which has provided many opportunities for improving and maintaining physical activity, as well as having many other therapeutic effects. It has encouraged many users to enjoy the benefits of physical activity on a regular basis.

Please feel free to ask any member of thestaff for help on using any of the equipment.

Supportive staff are always available to get you started and adapted programmes are available by appointment only. Any users with a disability can avail of special membership rates and pay as you go rates, for information ask in reception.
