The My OT & Me Platform is an online platform dedicated to sharing knowledge, creating fun and playful opportunities for children and empowering parents & teachers with practical strategies that can be used to develop a child’s skills in their natural environments.
Jess who is the founder of the platform, is a passionate, fun and dedicated Occupational Therapist who has specialised in Paediatrics. Jess has her own private practice in Ireland where she provides home and school-based intervention to children and families. Jess has a love for coaching, modelling and empowering parents and teachers in natural environments. She also encompasses fun and playfulness which she brings to every interaction with children.
The platform was developed so that Jess could support and educate more families and educators through telehealth, webinars and training.
