Saint John of God Foundation:

Since 1960 we have been dedicated to raising funds to enrich the quality of life for those in our community living with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges.  Services are running across the country led by devoted and dedicated staff, as well as in Malawi.  The funds raised are used to continuously improve the standard of care for each and every individual availing of our wide range of services in Ireland and abroad.  Providing life long, practical support to those who need it is at the heart of our fundraising activities.

Suzanne House

The emphasis is on promoting a community based, person centred approach for each individual availing of a vast range of services.  The prime goal is for each person to live a happy, fulfilled life with the most appropriate assistance in place.  Services offered span the generations from childhood to old age and cover a wide range of needs and degrees of complexity.

Over 8,000 children, adults and adolescents are utilising our services across the country and there are many more people we would like to serve. Increased donations will increase capacity, reduce waiting times for crucial services and help improve the amazing work already going on within our Community Services.  With your help the future possibilities are endless.
