Cork Deaf Association

The Cork Deaf Association (CDA), which is a charity part-funded by the Health Service Executive, aims to support and empower the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Communities in Cork city and county. The CDA is located on 5 MacCurtain Street, Cork City; less than ten minutes walk from both the main Cork train station and bus station.

We are a company limited by guarantee (registration number 90914) and a registered charity (CHY8119). Our Registered Charity Number is 20019501.

The Cork Deaf Association is committed to the empowerment of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people in Cork city and county through the provision of information, advocacy and support services. We aim to achieve a more inclusive society, where Deaf and Hard of Hearing people enjoy equality of opportunity, independence and full citizenship.
